Grow a Booty Glute Guide is an intense, overload glute focused training program that I have put together using the exact core movements I have used to grow my glutes.
The plan is 8 weeks long and once you have finished the 8 weeks, feel free do the routine again. There are max 4 workouts per week on top of your regular training sessions. Sometimes I just do 3 of the groups per week depending on how my body feels.
